Abstract
The airil nf this work is t o dmdy the va;rMian. of the oancentration of some traee elements ; (Mg, Ca; Fe, Zn, Al, Mri7 Na & K) in hepatic biuarzial diseases ( Liver, and s er~n) ,, Simple spectrographic and flane phetometric rnetheds were selecteg fnr +he ~nalysisj in a t r i a l t o find the variatjon iq cmcer~tnation of t h e mensioqed plements. A mediux- quartz spectrc.graph(G&24) w a s used for the i n v e s t i g a t i o n of t h e elements ( I , Cat Pe, Zn, Al & Mn) C\ 0 with a disljersim of !3,5 A dm at 3000 A . SensitLve zenith skectral p l a t e s were used and tievelope4 0 quantitavely at 20 C . The measurement of t h e density 6f s p e c t r a l lines was achieved accurat&ly by using a microphetemeter of t h e model 111, E~nulsinn c a l i b r a t i o n curves far different ranges ’of wavelergths were cons t ruc t ed an t h e b a s i s.. o f Kantor equation t o eva lua t e t h e micraphota~net~dre f l e c t i o n wi t h the correspondiag r e l a t i v e intensity. A spark generator HFO-2 supplied from 220 volts was used and regulated to produoe t h e best excitatidn c o n d i t i o n s .
