Abstract The present thesis deals with Wher studies on chemico-physical properties of undoped and doped M, Y, W, Z hexaferrites and La-garnet ferrites. Thus, undoped and variant doped M, Y, W, Z hexaferrites as well as La-garnet ferrites were carefully prepared by the usual ceramic procedure and sintering techniques at relatively low temperature (980”) under a stream of oxygen pressure (2 atm.). On these electronic intelligent materials very advanced investigation tools have been undertaken. These are namely, IR, X-ray, SEM, TGA & DTA, DCconductivity versus temperature and extensive 57Fe Mossbauer Effect spectra. Promising data have been obtained for these materials which actually add new information and concepts which are offered to both academic and industrial Sciences of the electronic materials and for both their academic and industrial careers for the frst time. |
