Abstract The present work is an i n v e s t i g a t i o n to the production of c e l l u l a s e s from two d i f f e r e n t funagl species namely, Aspergillus f lams and Trichoderma v i r i d e . These species were chosen f o r t h e i r prevailance i n the indoor atmosphere of El-Na sr Spinning, Weaving, and Dying Company a t El-Mehalla El Kobrl, The choice of t h i s study was established on the b a s i s of the serious e f f e c t of the fungal moulds on the economics of the country concerning the c e l l u l o s i c products. The study includes two p a r t s : the detection of the best q u a l i t a t i v e and q u a n t i t a t i v e n u t r i e n t s to these fungi f o r c e l l u l a s e s production, and the a b i l i t y of them to invade t h e c e l l u l o s e weavend f a b r i c s a f t e r each of the i n d u s t r i a l processes c a r r i e d by the factory. The first part of the study includes d i f f e r e n t experiments i l l u s t r a t i n g t h e best and the most economic sources of n u t r i e n t s , which were examined q u a l i t a t i v e l y f o r the best choice and q u a n t i t a t i v e l y f o r t h e best concentration, |
