Abstract
The main finding of the present study nay be summarised as fbllows; (1) ?he aims of this work are: a) It is a trFal to correlate the histological changes of cardiac muscle after exercise, b) To assess the fate of maximum effort of the cardiac muscle, (2) In this work 20 adult, male albino rats were used give as control and fifteen for physical exercise, The rats were. trained to swim 6 .hower/day for 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days atld 30 days. They were sacrif ied after these different periods, Specf mens of cardiac muscle were dehydrated, blocking in paraffin, cut by mlcrotome, stained by kematoxylen & osin, an Gieson and iron HI.
