Abstract
1- The main of the present work included : Study of theeffect of long muscular exercise performed by abligatory swimming of’ adult male albino rats for different periods on the myocardium . 2- Study of the effect of daily in jection of adrenaline ( as a stimulant drug) and guanethidina sulphate ( as a depressant drug) in control ratss ,nd rats undergoing muscular exercise on the myocardium. 3- The study included , histological, histochemical, and quantitative studies . In this work 249 adult male ablino rats were used. They were divided into three groups.
