Abstract
Dyspepsia associated with bilharzil hepatosplenomegaly is mainly due to portal congestion, but it may be due, in at least some cases, to gall bladder and biliary affection. The main objective of this work is to review and illustrate how bilharzial hepatic fibrosis may cause or aggravate disorders of the gall bladder and the incidence of these disorders.
