Abstract
The present investigation was carried out at Sakha Agricultural Research station during the seasons of 1984, 1985 and 1986. This invest-igation aimed to study the effect of irrigation intervals, nitrogen levels on the growth, yield and its components, chemical composition, gr-air) quality and some crop wat-er relations on some rice varieties. Asplit-split plot (leasign with four replication was used the main plots were randomly assigned to three irrigation intervals i.e 4, 8 and 12 days.
