Abstract
There are Insufficient research study for the different vesiculobullous dermatoses in Egypt. There are only few studies for some of the different types of these diseases but there is no collective and detailed study for the different groups of the vesiculobullous dermatoses. Biopsies are taken from 52 patients with different vesiculobullous dermatoses that were commonly seen the dermatology outpatient clinic at Tanta University Hospital. Each biopsy in processed routinely in paraffin and stained with hematoxylin and eosin. Tzanck test was done for these patients, In this test smears were taken from intact and fresh lesions and stained with Giemsa stain.
