Abstract
Episiotomy is one of the most commonly performed operative procedures in obstetrical practice. Inspite of using fine sutures and anatomical restoration of tissues during episiotomy repair, the problem of post-episiotomy pain is still a common problem. This pain keeps women awake when they should be resting and makes sitting standing walking and all movements difficult thus restricting activity of women
