Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the structure of taste buds of circumvallate papillae at young and old age in some mammalian species representing three orders ; rodent , lagomorph and carnivora (mice , rabbits and dogs) . The effect of vitamin A administration on th taste buds will be examined . Apoptotic and Mitotic cells in taste buds will be morphometrically and statistically analyzed at different ages
