Abstract

Objectives: To examine the presence of Klebsiella in dairy prodcuts and study the physiological and pathogenicity traits of isolates of the pathogen recovered from these products. Methods & Results: A total of 100 samples of dairy prodcuts were collected from local Egyptian market and examined for the presence of Klebiella. Ten isolates of the pathogen could be cultured from collected samples and were found to be resistant to antibiotics and some food preservation factors. The isolated also showed an ability to form biofilms. Conclusion: The results of this work underline the importance of taking cautionary actions to prevent Klebsiella.
Through this study were collected one hundred (100) samples of raw milk and some dairy products local and from the city of Mansoura was analyzed these samples in terms of the presence of the microbe pathogen identified from it Kalpsala Naomunya On the other hand , the isolates were obtained and doubtful being Kalpsala been tested in terms of Aliukimaaúah and isolates , which are defined as Kalpsala been used in some microbiological studies .
Can be summarized results obtained are as follows: -
1 - Over the microbe Klebsiella presence in samples of milk and dairy products .
2 - qualities biochemical characteristics of isolates of Klebsiella Naomunya isolated from traditional dairy products .
3 - The extent of these isolates were resistant to many antibiotics .
4 - Determine the ability of these isolates to Tkzen biofilms .
5 - Ttbit biofilms produced from isolation No. 9 using a variety of antioxidants for the growth of microbes .
6 - detection ability of these isolates in Antah retardant materials for other bacteria .
7 - The extent of the impact of these factors, conservation of different isolates used in the manufacture of many dairy products .
8 - disclosure of the extent of the ability of these isolates to produce Protease-like subdtance
