Dominant and inherited social values are considered as reflections to a mixture of different society historical experiences and socio-economic circumstances. Therefore, it requires activating cultural values in order to go in harmony with socio-economic changes. This implies changes in the dominant male cultural values pivoted towards enriching masculinity status and values that come in a different way and form from a society to another. In general, woman in Arab world still suffers from discrimination against her gender especially in traditional societies based upon big inheritance of traditions, habits, and norms . Consequently, the main objective of the study was primarily to identify relationship between social values and rural Egyptian woman status that limit her participation and involvement in both family and society. Some other objectives were affiliated with main objectives: (1) to identify relationship between the studied social educational values and rural woman status in the study area; (2) to identify relationship between social health values and rural woman status in the study area; (3) to identify relationship between social work values and rural woman status in the study area; (4) Suggestion women development program . In order to answer the study query, three villages were selected from Belbis District / Sharkia Governorate (the villages were similar to each other from many facets and therefore field data were considered and dealt with as a one sample) based upon some standards related to rural woman status and Human Development Indicator values was used to determine them. The three selected villages were Shubrael-Nakhla, El-Zawamel, and Inshas El-Ramel. The study sample encompassed 383 rural women in accordance with population size of the three selected villages (111 participants of Shubrael-Nakhla village, 119 of El-Zawamel village, and 153 of Inshas El-Ramel village. The study encompassed five basic independent variables, each of those basic variable encompassed number of affiliated variables including 4 personal, 7 family, 7 economic, 5 demographic, and 3 societal variables. Second: Dependent Variables they were social variables encompassed three aspects (educational, health, and work) each of them had five affiliated values and a compound one. The main findings of the study were as the following:First: Educational Compound Values(a) The obtained findings indicated that there was a significant relationship (at 0.01 significance level) between each of the independent variables of husband education, participant’s work condition, husband work condition, average of family members’ age, average of family members’ education in years, family agricultural land ownership, housing condition, modernity of rural family house, family income, husband’s income, husband’s agricultural land ownership, age of participants in years, number of family males, cosmopolitancy, and the dependent variable, educational compound value.(b) There was a significant relationship between each of the studied independent variable that show rural woman situation (female education in years, and male sons’ income), and the dependent variable, educational compound value. Second: Health Compound Values(a) There was a significant relationship (0.01 significance level) between each of the studied independent variables that show rural woman’s conditions (the study participant’s education in years, husband’s education in years, work situation of the study participant that show rural woman conditions and the dependent variable of compound health values, husband’s work situation, average of family education in years, housing condition, modernity of rural house, family income, the study participant’s income, the study participant’s age in years, husband’s age in years, family size, family cultural openness), and the dependent variable, health compound value.(b) There was a significant relationship (0.05 significance level) between the studied independent variables that show rural woman situation (age averages of family members in years, husband’s income, and husband’s farm animal property) and the dependent variable, health compound value).Third: Work Compound Values(a) There was a significant relationship (0.01 significance level) between each of the studied independent variables that show rural woman situation (the study participant’s education in years, husband’s education in years, average of family education in years, family farm animal property, housing condition, husband’s income, husband’s agricultural land ownership, the study participant’s farm animal property, husband’s farm animal property, number of family females, family size, cosmopolitancy) and the dependent variable, compound work value
