Abstract
The present work designed to investigate the role of antiox ; an antioxidant drug containing (vitamin A, C, E and selenium )in modifying the injury of the liver in rats after whole body exposure to &-rays at at dose of 4 Gy. Effect of Antox Treatment: Orral administration of antox 7 days before and 30 days after total body &-irradition reduced and normalized almost all the radiation-induced changes in the sera and hepatic tissues of irradiated rats.
