Abstract

The present study aimed to purify and characterize specific antibodies against antigenic epitopes displayed on adult woem surface from sera of patients with chronic schistosomiasis masoni (Chs).Adult worm NON-IDET P40 NP 40) extracted antigen was coupled to cyanogen bromide-activated sepharose 4B (CNBr-4B).
