Abstract
This study treated animal group was composed of 15 mice. Body weight of control and treated virgin females were recorded after 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9 weeks of treatment. At the end of treatment five from each were killed and, their liver, kidney&lung were weighed and processed for histological investigatioins. The others, allowed for mating with healty males and zero days of pregna-ncy was determined. At parturition, the liver, kidney, lung of pregnant and delivered newborn were processed as previo-usly mentioned. Femoral neck of control and treated virgin females and pregnant mice were also examined histologically. Body weight, gross morphology and skeletal ystem were inves-tigated for control and treated newborn.
