Abstract The study was carried out on 200 Nile tilapia fish culture. Clinical picture, isolation and identification for Septicemic bacterial diseases, Aeromonas hyDROPhila, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Edwardsiella tarda and Streptococcus spp., Histopathological and Drug sestivity discs. As well as experimental infection for 70 healthy fish (Oreochromis niloticus) I/P divided into 7 groups : 1- G1 : accelobac only. 2-G2 : accelobac and injected fish by A. hyDROPhila. 3- G3 : injected fish by A. hyDROPhila. 4- G4 : injected fish by P. fluorescens. 5- G5 : injected fish by Edwardsiella tarda. 6- G6 : injected fish by Streptococcus spp. 7- G7 : Control group. Therfore, found use accelobac (Probiotic) appear decrease of mortility percent (10%) only. Results to stimulating immunity for fish and competitive with pathogenic bacteria on feed and receptor places. Drug sensitivity tests recorded that the oxytetarcyclin approved for use and sensitive for Septicemic bacterial diseases. |
