Abstract

I- The aim of this work was to throw some light on arthritis in chickens due to bacterial agents in the area of Qena and Sohage province. II-(a) A serological survey was conducted for screening chicken flocks to Mycoplasma Synoviae (MS) antibodies. The serum plate agglutination (SPA), haemagglutination inhibition (HI)and growth inhibition (GI) tests as well as MS antigens were used in this study.
