Abstract
The aim of this work is to assess the value of different therapeutic maneuvers in the management of frozen shoulder. This work comprised 80 patients with primary unilateral frozen shoulder of duration not less than two months. They were selected from patients attending the out-patient clinic of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at El-Mansoura University Hospital. Their ages ranged from 38 to 65 years, 32 were males and 48 were females 0 The lesion was right sided in 35 patients while was left sided in 45 patients 0 The patients were randomly allocated to one of eight treatment groups, each comprising 10 patients as follows z group I z Medioal treatment (feldene) + therapeutio exercises. group II z Ultrasonio therapy + therapeutio exerciseso group III z Diadynamio ourrent therapy + therapeutio exeroises 0 group IV I Manipulation under local anaesthesia + therapeutio exeroises
