Aims of the research:1. Limit the best width of cloth which can be used in producing the military clothing.
2. Reach the lowest consumption of the materials that leads to decrease the final cost of the product
3. Suggest some suitable and practical solutions to decrease the waste from the materials during the cutting operation of the military clothing.
4. Limit the best way for doing the marker making that suit the military clothing factories.
5. Limit the best statistical way to reach the efficiency of the military clothes marker making accurately.
Most important results:
1. Fabric width is the most important factor according to the size and the kind of the model.
2. Fabric width must be limited according to the required sizes and the best marker making efficiency in every model.
3. The multiple sizes marker making is the best marker making of the
Pattern.
4. The best width is 150cm with the fivefold marker making of a soldier suit, 130cm and 110cm for a noncommissioned officer suit and 90cm for a winter officer suit.
5. It has been reached to a group of marker making equations that belongs to the marker making of a soldier suit, a noncommissioned officer suit and a winter officer suit. These equations are very important as we can replace the fabric width, types of sizes and repeating it in order to produce the marker making efficiency which is predicted to be achieved.
