It’s represented in an attempt to identify how the culture of the university youth is formulated? What are the limits of this culture? from where the youth could drive their information and knowledge? How is their culture be shaped, through concentrating on the role of the readable cimmunication means, especially that private press, whose their number amounted to (238) newspaers, among which (35) newspapers are issued upon a license from the higher presss council, according to the latest amendement on 31/7/2008 snd (203) newspapers issued upon a license from some foreign nations, vide, a statement of the printed and press authority, on 21/2/2009, those varying newspapers, include artistic, political and econmic ones ... etc. The results of the study: The results of the study has shown a gread demand on reading private newspapers that offer a constructive and well-balanced content, with a view to increasing the ability of dialogue with others in different domain and subjects, getting acquainted with the details of the news and because their daring drive to discuss all different issues and topics especially the corruption topics. The results has indicated to an agreement of the study’s sample upon the fact that the private newspapers are the authenticated sources which you could resort to in time of need to know some exact information about a certain issue. The results have shown that the reason for that is due to the neutrality and objectivity in brining up the events and issues, giving more interst to following up the details of an issue in daily basis, in addition to the fact that those newspapers are supporting what are published with documents
