This study consists of two chapters preceeded by an introduction and a pave and followed by a conclusion as follows: The introduction: includes the importance of the books ” Bedei Qura’n ” and ” Tahreer Al Tahbeer ” by Ibnz Abi Al Esba The pave: deals with the definition of Ibn Abi Al Esba’s characteristics of rhetoric school he belongs to and the approach in the study and the previous studies. The first chapter: Issues. It deals with the most important issues raised by Ibn Abi Al Esba in his books and it is divided into four investigations * The first investigation: It deals with poetry column, column elements of poetry according to Ibn Abi AlEsba and the completion of the nine elements of the theory. 8 The second investigation: it deals with the issue of pronunciation and meaning and how important these two elements in determining the source of creativity in literary work. * The third investigation: It deals with the issue of building a poem as Ibn Abi Al Esba’s talk about the componentsof building a poem as a complete unit. And his talk is not under the regularity framework. * The fourth investigation: It deals with the theft of poetry over the testimony of critics of the ex. The second Chapter: Technical recruitment of rhetoric and critical evidence. This chapter deals with evidence contained in the books and it’s divided into a pave and five investigations. The pave: It deals with the difference between the witness and the example, Ibn Abi Al Esba’s position from the rhetoric and the critical witness as arranged at the rhetoric and the proportion of the evidence to their owners and their taste. * The first investigation: The evidence by Ibn Abi Al Esba * The second investigation: It deals with evidence of multiple recruitment. * The third investigation: It deals with the evidence that disagreed with the critics of the ex in recruitment. * The fourth investigation: It deals with the evidence that agreed with some critics of the ex and disagreed with others in recruitment. * The fifth investigation: It deals with the evidence that agreed with some of the critics of the ex in recruitment. * The conclusion: It includes the main findings of the study.
