Abstract
Pasteurellosis and pulpy kidney disease in sheep are considered the most serious problems which interfere sheep production in Egypt. This study applied to select the best way for uniting pasteurella vaccine and poultry kidney vaccine to obtained the highest immunization to protect sheep. This is applied by estimation the serum protein level, total immunoglobulin determination tube agglutination test, indirect passive haemagglutination test total globulin and electrophoretic analysis of serum proteins the serum samples collected from four groups. The first group vaccinated with past.multocida vaccine only. The second group vaccinated with pulpy kidney vaccine only. The third group vaccinated with the pulpy kidney and pasteurella vaccines simultaneously. The fourth group vaccinated with the two vaccines after mixation, and the results summarized as follows.
