Abstract Analysis of some Carbohydrates and its Application in Carbohydrate. The thises falls into the followig parts : Part 1 : General introduction : this part summarises the literature related to grapeseed oils , composition and analysis available up till now part 11 Results and disscussion This part deals with the following items : a- Extraction of grapeseed oil and the determination of its physical and chemical constants b- Fatty acids composition of grapeseed oil. c- Triglyceride structure ( Pattern ) of grapeseed oil. d- Unsaponifiable matter of grapeseed oil. part IV. Experimental. This part is subdivided into : a- Materials used ; including the methods used for the prepartion of grapeseed oil as well as the different fatty derivatives, such as fatty asid،s methyl esters, Triglycerides, mercurated esters .... etc b- Analytical methods ; describing in detail the different analytical methods used in this study |
