Abstract

Honeybees is considered one of the most economically important insects. Significant differences were observed in gathered propolis amounts in Summer and Autumn. It was recorded a significant increase in sealed workers brood rearing and pollen storage activities in summer and spring. The capped honey amount was significantly increased in autumn and winter. there were insignificant differences between different colonies in the previous honeybees activities due to the wooden traps effect. The highest acini length of the hypopharyngeal gland and width as well as the highest width is coincided with 18 days old of the nurse workers with a range of 12 – 18 days. successive decrease of the brood caused a significant decrease in the acini length but the sudden decrease and increase of the brood resulted in insignificant differences. The most suitable condition of royal jelly production were 40 orange plastic cups in the upper middle position on the comb with two successive grafting batches with the same larvae. Propolis extracts was better than honey and royal jelly nearly as dexamethasone.
