Abstract DISSERTATION ABSTRACT The use of heavy ends , heavy hydrocarbon fractions, without any pretreatment as a feedstock for the two-stage catalytic pyrolysis technique, in order to obtain the maximum yield of ethylene and propylene with the development of price. Nanoparticles catalyst was used in the two-stage pyrolysis technique for catalytic cracking of heavy distillates separated from Egyptian crude oil. Pyrolysis with this particular catalyst is not only less extensive, greatly decrease the ratio of saturates/unsaturated and specificity of ethylene & propylene but also decreases the pollution produced from the combustion of these heavy distillates. Accordingly, the SOx and NOx will be decreased in air and water. Key words: Catalysts, Pyrolysis, Olefin Yield, Egyptian Crude oil, CaO catalyst, Gold Nano-catalyst. |
