Abstract

this invesigation was carried out in two succesive seasion 1995/96 and1996/97 anna aple trees grown in private orchards at two different locations in egypt. the first orchard in desert sandy soil and located near sadat city about 180km from mansoura. the other orchard in the delta clay soil and located about 40 km from mansoura.
