Abstract
The area under investigation have been chosen in order to evaluate its environmental hazard especially flash flooding as the most important hazard which can affect the developement programmes and the investement activities there. Using Landsat TM images at scale 1 : 100.000 specially proccessedfor declairing the topographic variations, drainage network and drainage basins for the study area could be outlined by visual interpretation of those images.
