المستخلص The Bilateral Deficit as an Indicator to Use Plyometric Drills to Develop the Muscular Power and Shooting Skill for Handball juniors ( 16-18 Years ), The objective of this study is to know the impact of the performance of the exercises using both plyometric (unilateral-bilateral) and the comparison between the two methods, to develop muscular power and skill level of jumping shoot performance of Handball junior(16-18) years, The researcher used the curriculum experimental design with two measure (previous and later measurement) each, and the sample size (30)as a player of whom (20)player core sample was ruled out for the player to whom non-attendance was divided into nine players perform unilateral, (10)players set performance bilaterally, (10) players, a sample survey, and the program (10) weeks (4 weeks) period of incorporation, (6 weeks) at baseline study (3) units weekly, The most important results that both of the two sample(unilateral-bilateral) to development muscular power and jumping shoot performance skill of Handball junior (16 - 18)years, and the unilateral method showed statistically significant differences compared to the way in the bilateral physical tests (the ability to jump or upgrade distance- three lift hop speed- three right hop speed) and Skill Tests (shooting from the jump-throw handball ball by the maximum distance inside the Gaza shooting). |
