Abstract
The study of fish parasites has attracted the attention of parasitolo-gists, since they cause injuries or even death to the fish and also do some human health problems. In Egypt, the parasitic fauna of freshwater fishes has been studied by many authors and followed by the identification of marine fish parasites ofthe Mediterranean andRed Seas. This investigation represents the first trial to collect fish parasites from mangrove area at the western coast near south ofthe Aqaba Gulf (Red Sea).
