Abstract
DNA analysis was performed on 39 hypernephroma patient, 18 wilm’s tumor and 6 Benign renal tumors. Radical nephrectomy was performed in all patients. Corresponding specimens were taken from the fresh tumor tissue for histopatholgical examinations, flow cytometric analysis and studying some histochemical aspects. The incidence of aneuploidy in renal cel carcinoma was 71.8% (28/39) patient. There is arela-tionship between tumor stage and aneuploidy.
