The study tries to research on the effectiveness of an electronic environment based on networks using patterns of collaborative and individual learning development skills using software to the students of colleges of education to produce an electronic learning program, and then look for Attitudes towards e-learning students. The Methodology of the study: Given the nature of the current study, the objectives sought to be achieved has adopted the curriculum descriptive analytical when preparing theoretical framework, and the design decision via the Internet, and the preparation of study tools, as well as on semi-empirical method for detecting the effectiveness of collaborative learning and individual-based networks (independent variable) to increase collection, The acquisition of skills and development of the trend towards e-learning (s body), has required the use of cluster design in Majtin different one, which relies on the application of tools study tribes, and then conduct experimental treatment, then study the application of tools later stage. The study shows the following findings: There are significant statistical differences at (p=0, 01) between the mean rank of (pre- and post) achievement test for the collaborative learning method associated with cognitive skills in the use of software for producing e-learning programs in favor of the post-test. There are significant statistical differences at (p=,01) between the mean rank of (pre- and post) achievement test for the individual learning associated with cognitive skills in the use of software for producing e-learning programs in favor of the post-test. There are significant statistical differences at (p=0, 01) between the mean rank of both experimental groups in the achievement associated with cognitive skills in the use of software for producing e-learning programs in favor of students who use collaborative learning method. There are significant statistical differences at (p=0, 01) between the mean rank of students who use the collaborative learning method in the (pre- and post) tests for the production of electronic education programs in favor of the post-test. There are significant statistical differences at (p=,01) between the mean rank of (pre- and post) for students who use the individual learning in attitudes towards e-learning in favor of the post-test. There are no significant statistical differences between the mean ranks of both the experimental groups in attitudes towards e-learning. There are significant statistical differences at (p=,01) between the mean rank of both the experimental groups in developing skills of producing e-learning. programs using software due to the pattern of learning (Cooperative versus individual) in favor of students who use collaborative learning.
