Abstract ,physical fitness and performance assessment were evaluated in 165 athletes J ex living in Mansoura, and attending Mansoura sporting stadium regularly, ,up study implemented over one year. Three groups, representing different akahlia province, were specified, these are: Contact/Collision (football, wrestling), Limited contact/Impact (Basketball, volleyball and handball) ,ontact/Strenuous (running, pitching, broad and high jumping) sports. All ’i re selected from the different sporting clubs in Mansoura, including the Mansoura University and its health club.
