Abstract
One the most important subjects in algebraic topology is the homology theory, whose axiomatic characterization has been given firstly by S. Ellenberg and N. Steenrod [12]. Its importance appears clearly in converting a topological problem into an algebraic one by means of an algebraic representation. In other words, we can say that, a homology theory assigns groups, which are called homological groups, to topological spaces, and homomorphisms to continuous maps of one space into another.
