Abstract 1- Multiple sclerosis (MS) is one of the most common acquired neurological diseases of young adults. 2- The present study includes 25 Egyptian patients with MS 3- Patients were subjected to clinical , neurophysiological (VEPs, BAEPs) and radiological (conventional brain MRI and MRS) examination. 4- Considering Magnetic resonance spectroscopy; secondary progressive group showed more decrease in the NAA/Cr and NAA/Cho ratios than relapsing-remitting group. |
