In this study we used 7 different myocutaneous flaps 4 of them are larg myocutaneous flaps L.D.M.F.; P.M.M.F. ; L.T.M.F. and St.M.M.F., 3 small myocutaneous or myocutaneous mucosal flaps these are, D.A.O.M.M.F., L.A.O.M.M.F. and O.O.M.M.F. The 70 cases could succeede in 64 cases and total fail¬ure complicated 6 cases (8.5 %). Cases of total failure of myocutaneous flap reconstru¬ction were thoroughly discussed and analysis of the causes their avoidance was explained. In this work 22 cases of pharyngeoplasty using L.D.M.F. in 14 cases and P.M.M.F. in 8 cases, could succeed except on total failure in one L.D.M.F. |
