Abstract
Nowdays the antischistosonal drugs are commonly used* Some of this drugs affect the human spermatogenic cells* In this work an attempt has been made to assess the efrect of some widely used antischistosomal drugs ( ambil-har, bilarcil and vansil) on the seminal picture. This rill help us to chose, the best antischistosomal drug with minimal ’toxic effect on serninogram for treating the subfe-rtile male with active schist osoiniasis, The materials studied in this work were patients of adult males with active bilharziasis. They were known to i be healthy sexually mature with age rang fronie 18 - 40 years . The patients were divided into four different groups according to the drugs given* -H 1) The first group with active haeinatobiasis, was given inetrifonate ( bilarcil 2) The second group with active mansoniasis, was given oxamniquine ( vansil)* 3) The third group with active mansoniasis, was given
