Abstract This study was carried out as a part of an already randomized study by the surgeons of Urology and Nephrology Center. It was on 30 patients submitted for elective transuretheral They were stratified into three groups namely TURP, elcrtovaporization and laser prostatectomy. All patients were anaesthetized by subarachenoid blockade, and monitored for mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and heart rate 10 minute after subarachenoid blockade, 30 min., 1 hour and 2 hours after the start of resection. Blood were withdrawon at the same fixed time intervals for measurements of HE conc, haematocrit %, senlm sodium, potassium, calcium and total osmolarity. There were no significant changes in mean arterial blood pressure heart rate between groups at any recorded time interval. Also, haemoglobin, haematocrit and biochemical data showed no significant difference between groups. from the previous study we can conclude that there were no significant changes in Haemodynamic, haematologcial and parameters between the studied groups at any recorded time . |
