Abstract
The present study is an experimental infection of infectious bursal disease virus was applied to white leghorn chickens following vaccination by infectious bursal disease vaccine. The chichen were divided into 4 groups ,36 chick in each group: Control , Vaccinated , Virus infected and Challenge group. Samples were collected from these groups on (2 ,4 ,6,8,15 and 20 days ) posttreatment. The Biochemical analyses and the Histopathological studies were done. Generally from this study, the vaccination course could tolerate the biochemical and histopathological dramatic effects of the disease and decreased the morbidity of the virus in the broiler flocks so vaccination course must be used in boiler flocks .
