Abstract
This research was conducted to study the effect rad crew and the crew dishes full Layer Flex on the oral mucous membrane supported .
Use this to search Twenty patients from Zoe mouth Aladerd the the patients has been divided into two groups as follows :
The first group
K
Include ten patients استخدمو the full crews رادة dishes where he developed flexible silicon material between the base of the crew manufacturer of acrylic thermal cooking and dentures .
Group B:
Ten patients include Sets Full High flexible layer where he developed flexible silicon material inside the crew base manufactured from acrylic thermal cooking.
To see the effect of both Taqmin on subsidized oral mucous membrane taken from each patient three samples of mucosa Tsenama the upper jaw in the area bounded by between the second Aldhahan and pulverizer first immediately after the delivery crew and after three and six months from the use of these crews .
Samples were examined microscopically observed the following results :
Observed decrease in the thickness of the stratum corneum of the Fabric الطلائي use rad crew and the crew dishes with equally flexible class .
Observed that the stratum corneum was real Altqrv after the use of flexible crew Layer while it was not real Altqrv crew after using rad dishes .
Observed an increase in the thickness of the epithelial layer of the oral mucous membrane after using flexible Layer crew and the crew rad dishes and there was difference between Taqmin of this increase in the last three months only.
