Abstract

The present study deals with the geology, petrography, mineralogy, Geochemistary, and radioactivity of some Oligo - Miocene doleritic dykes cutting the paleozoic sedimentary rocks in the area located in southwestern part of Sinai Peninsula between latitudes 28° 50’ and 29° 08’ N and longitudes 33° 15’ and 33° 32’ E. The following is a summary of the main conclusions obtained during the present work. Field studies include the mode of occurrence of the doleritic dykes.
