المستخلص

Modern criminal law is characterized by employing its rules to contribute to the development of society by following a legislative policy that aims to work on linking legislation to social and economic developments in society so that there is a link between these transformations and legislation. Secrets are among the things that may be sold or licensed for use, and in general, information must meet several conditions to qualify as a trade secret, which are that it is considered to have commercial value because it is secret, and is limited to a small group of people, and is subject to reasonable steps taken by the legitimate owners of the information to maintain the confidentiality of the information, including concluding confidentiality agreements with business partners and employees. The unauthorized acquisition, use, or disclosure of this confidential information by others in a manner that contradicts honest commercial practices is considered an unfair practice and even a violation of trade secret protection. In practice, confidential information often refers to documents and records that the government considers sensitive. According to the US National Archives, classified information can take any form. Paper documents are perhaps the most common, but photographs, maps, motion pictures, videotapes, databases, microfilm, hard disks and CDs are also classified as classified information. But no matter what form it takes, classified information must be protected until it is officially declassified. AI has become an umbrella term for applications that perform complex tasks that once required human input, such as communicating with customers online or playing a game of chess. The term is often used interchangeably with its subfields, which include machine learning (ML) and deep learning. However, machine learning focuses on creating systems that learn or improve their performance based on the data they consume. It is important to note that while all machine learning is AI, not all AI is machine learning. To get the full value from AI, many companies are making significant investments in data science teams. Data science combines statistics, computer science, and business knowledge to extract value from various data sources.
