Abstract his study examines the direct impact of Talent Management on competitive advantage (CA) in non-governmental universities working in Egypt and exploring whether organizational ambidexterity plays a mediating role in this relationship, A field study was conducted using a sample of 298 participants operating in these universities. Results revealed that three dimensions of Talent Management have a positive direct impact on CA and also revealed a significant positive direct impact of talent management on organizational ambidexterity, and it was also found that organizational ambidexterity has a positive direct impact on CA, Finally findings showed that organizational ambidexterity acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between talent management and CA. |
