Abstract
In summary, Empagliflozin has alleviate neuropathy, also systemic oxidative stress with low to absent adverse effects. So empagliflozin had been proved to improve diabetic neuropathy as well as patients’ quality of life. So, more studies needed to support this concept in the future empagliflozin may be considered as a first-choice treatment in diabetic patients with neuropathy. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is considered to be the leading cause of neuropathy around the world. However, there’s no specific treatment till now.
