Abstract Infections caused by resistant bacteria to antibiotics are becoming more serious economic problem in poultry industry due to antibiotic treatment failure. In addition, these resistant pathogenic and commensal bacteria could disseminate to human and cause health threats. So, this work was carried out to investigate the prevalence of multi drug resistant pathogenic or commensal E. coli and Salmonella isolated from the respiratory tract of infected chickens with CRD signs and screen the AR genes against the most importantly used antibiotic groups in human. |
