Abstract In our study, HA1c was significantly higher diabetic nephropathy groups in comparison compared with those without nephropathy and healthy control group. (p-value<0.001). In the current study, the diabetic nephropathy group had higher levels of blood urea, creatinine compared with those without nephropathy and healthy control group. (p-value<0.001).In the current study, total cholesterol, Triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol showed significant increase in diabetic nephropathy groups in comparison compared with those without nephropathy and healthy control group. (p-value<0.001).In our study, CD163 was significantly increased in patients with diabetic nephropathy groups in comparison compared with those without nephropathy and healthy control group. (p-value<0.001). |
