المستخلص The current study aims to develop scientific research skills among preparatory school students at Al-Hadqa Joint Middle School, West Fayoum Education Directorate. It also aims to investigate the impact of an electronic environment based on digital stimuli during the academic year 2022/2023. The study sample consisted of (60) male and female preparatory school students. The sample was divided into two experimental groups of equal numbers (the first experimental group is based on digital stimuli and the second experimental group is without digital stimuli). The study adopted the experimental method. Moreover, the general ADDIE model for a quasi- experimental design was used when conducting this study. The measurement tools were a cognitive test that was applied pre- and post-test to the two study groups, a product evaluation card that was applied post-test to the two study groups, and the experimental treatment material, which was represented in an electronic learning environment via Class Dojo via smartphones and personal computers. Two classes were created for the two study groups, a class based on digital stimuli (points, badges, and leaderboards) and a class without the use of digital stimuli, and the basic experiment was conducted. The results showed a positive impact of the digital stimulant environment in developing scientific research skills for the benefit of the group of students based on digital stimulants. Digital stimulators encourage students to learn, and provide students with the opportunity to invest their previous experiences and invest their effort in learning, which motivated them to set their goals and increase their ability to challenge and assume responsibility towards competition, striving towards excellence, knowledge, discovery and innovation, and preparing scientific research in the right steps. Therefore, the study pays great attention to the importance of applying digital stimuli in learning and paying attention to developing scientific research skills among learners |
