المستخلص This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Mindfulness to Reduce Academic procrastination and Improve School discipline among a sample of third-grade preparatory Azhari students in Al- munshah Management. Additionally, the study seeks to explore the maintenance of the program’s effects three months after its implementation on the experimental group during the academic year 2022/2023AD. The quasi-experimental method was used, and the study included a psychometric sample of (80) students to verify the psychometric competence of the tools, and a basic sample of (30) students, with an average age of (171) months and a standard deviation of (3.23), who were randomly divided into two groups, experimental and control, each consisting of (15) students. The training program was applied to the experimental group, and tow scales were used: the school discipline scale, were developed by the researcher (2022), and the academic procrastination scale were developed by Asmaa Atallah (2021). The research results showed: There are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental and control groups on the academic procrastination scale in the post-application phase towards the control group, and statistically significant differences between the average ranks of scores of the experimental and control groups on the school discipline scale in the post-application phase in favor of the experimental group. In addition, no statistically significant differences between the average ranks scores of the experimental group on the academic procrastination and school discipline scales in the post-application and follow-up phases.
