Many rehabilitation programs have followed different policies, ranging from high-quality technical restoration to simple restoration that suffers from a lack of attention and preservation,especially with regard to finishes.The rehabilitation of costal residential buildings takes place within the framework of the reality of land uses determined by the city’s planning studies. The rehabilitation process for these buildings ensures that there is no result of the demolition of the buildings, as rehabilitation is considered an environmental feature that helps to eliminate their demolition, because the result of demolition is considered one of the environmental pollutants in addition to Carbon emissions resulting from the operation of traditional building materials.
