Abstract
Hematologic malignancy patients are liable to have pulmonary complications along the course of the disease due to the disease itself or its treatment. These pulmonary complications are responsible for most of the morbidity and mortality in these patients, so early accurate diagnosis may help in decreasing their morbidity and mortality. MDCT has proven to be the best imaging technique in evaluating these complications and narrowing their differential diagnosis reaching an accurate diagnosis when with combination with the clinical data and other investigations.
