The need has emerged to use E- training in basic education institutions in order to keep pace with modern technologies and save time, money and effort, and also as a modern method that can be used in managing and preparing programs needed by the educational process. The use of e-training enables these educational institutions to overcome the problems they suffer from. Traditional training.
the present study examined e-training requirements for basic education teachers in the light of the era of digital transformation and and presented a theoretical framework on the philosophical foundations of electronic training for basic education teachers, its requirements, and the characteristics of the era of digital transformation and its implications. This study relied on the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach to the nature of the study. The researcher also prepared a questionnaire as a tool for the study and was applied to 500 basic education teachers in Sohag Governorate.

The study reached a set of results the most important of which are: the presence of a set of requirements for the trainer and trainee, technical and administrative requirements, and security requirements necessary to achieve electronic training for basic education teachers, including the provision of the necessary infrastructure for the delivery of electronic training such as Internet communication lines, computers and their interactive peripherals, The study also found a set of obstacles facing basic education teachers during e-training, represented in: financial, technical, administrative and human obstacles ,including the lack of technically qualified competencies to train teachers on e-training, weak financial incentives, and the lack of specialists in designing e-training programs Slow internet in training halls Thus, the study proposed a proposed vision for the e-training requirements of basic education teachers in Sohag Governorate.
